Mary Mary Quite Contrary

My garden grows relatively well! After covering the seeds with plastic wrap they germinated immediately and turned into little plants! Outside, really only the squash germinated, so I brought two tomato plants inside and they made an appearance immediately. I have decided the window is the place for any seedlings or cuttings. Have to admit I am relieved that too many of the seeds didn’t become little plants – I don’t actually have enough space for them all! When these tomatoes get big enough I will grow them in containers, and leave the bed for the sprawling squash. Yesterday we got our seven Sweet Bay Laurels from Million Trees LA – so excited to find the right spots for them and watch them grow! Our outdoor living space is definitely looking up.
